This is the starting piece in the first in what will eventually become a series of 'word' hand embroidered, one of a kind, pictures.
To complete this piece I have stitched using silk threads and adorned with glass beads in various pale colours and shapes.
I absolutely adore this piece, from the stitches used to make create flowers (French knots to fly stitches) to the smooth flow of the lettering to spell out 'love'.
This piece will come unframed - mostly as I believe framing is a personal preference and helps keep shipping costs down. It was an absolute pleasure to work on and has certainly done what I set out to achieve to create a unique piece whilst keeping my grey matter ticking. All that remains is for the piece to find a loving home.
